- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 7-8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Custom Orders: Please allow additional processing time for custom or made-to-order items, which may take up to 10-15 business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options, depending on your location and the item ordered:
- Domestic Shipping (Canada): Estimated delivery time is 6-7 business days.
- United States Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 8-10 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10-21 business days.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount within Canada and the United States. Qualifying order amounts are displayed at checkout.
4. International Shipping
Artyx Design ships internationally to many countries. Please be aware of the following:
- Customs Fees and Import Taxes: International shipments may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
- Extended Delivery Times: Due to customs clearance, delivery may take longer than expected. Artyx Design is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Issues
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at artyxdesign95@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Artyx Design is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
